About Independent Living Community Story Designed for seniors who want to maintain their independent lifestyles, The Reserve provides luxurious one or two bedroom apartments with one or two bathrooms. Residences have full size kitchens, terraces, one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Apartments range from 700 square feet to over 1,600 square feet. The financial structure includes a one time entrance fee and or supplemental fee that is returned upon transfer to another qualified resident. Entrance fees and supplemental fees start at $44,620. There is a monthly charge associated with each plan that is determined by the square footage. The monthly charges start at $814 The Reserve features a community/dining room, private dining room, coffee shop, home theater, wood shop, creative studio, wellness area, library, game room, beauty/barber shop, sun room, multi purpose room, lounge, and two guest rooms.
