About Low cost veterinary services for low income pet owners. Story This service is available five days per week in different areas of NYC as listed below, in every borough. So many pet owners have a lot of love but perhaps not a lot of money. Sat MANHATTAN, East 111 St and 1st Ave, East Harlem. Sun Queens/Bklyn 137-20 Cross Bay Blvd, Ozone Park/E. NY If your pet needs veterinary care and you would like to become a client of the Vet Mobile please come to one of our locations and sign in immediately. Since there are so many animals that are in need of these services, generally there is a wait of anywhere between 30 minutes and a number of hours. As a way to bypass some of the wait time outside the Vet Mobile, you can sign in (without your pet if necessary) and leave the premises. Return within three hours (and before 5pm!) to retain priority. Otherwise, come prepared for a bit of a wait! We recommend being prepared for all types of weather, and even to bring some water for your beloved animal. Mission Provide low-cost health care services and pet care information to low-income pet owners who want to take good care of their pets. We believe that by providing these services and knowledge we can help reduce and eventually eliminate the need for the systemic killing of animals in shelters.
