About UCHC was established in 1971 as the outgrowth of community action to develop a primary health care facility in the Upham's Corner community. Story The Upham’s Corner Health Center is committed to provide high quality, low cost, culturally sensitive, community-based health and social services to the residents of North Dorchester and adjacent neighborhoods.
