About Family Caregivers Network is a non-medical licensed home care agency in PA offering home care to seniors. Our staff are bonded, insured, and trained. Story Our certified nurse aides, homemakers, companions, and live-in caregivers provides home care to seniors in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, and Lehigh counties. Our Geriatric Care Managers assist families with long term care planning to help seniors age in place. Our Philips Lifeline Medic Alert Systems and Medication machines ensure help at a moment's notice and delivery of the right medicine every time. Activities we assist with include, bathing, dressing, meals, transportation, errands, respite, long term care planning, patient advocacy. In addition our Family Caregiver Support Groups offer support and resources to families.
