About Lake Grove Wellness opened in May 2012 with the aim of providing clients with a quiet, comfortable, and elegant environment for their massage. Story About Kathy Jordan, LMT & Owner: Kathy has been a practicing massage therapist for over 26 year, her clients include men and women, young and old – business and medical professionals, athletes, musicians, dancers – anyone who appreciates the restorative and therapeutic benefits of massage. Mindful that each client has unique goals for massage, Kathy strives to personalize and tailor each visit, focusing on current concerns and requests. Treatments often include a combination of modalities, such as Myofascial Release; Swedish or Relaxation Massage; Trigger Point Massage; and/or Sports Massage.
