About Pilates Aligned is Denver's most popular and authentic Pilates studio Story Pilates Aligned is a fully equipped, client-centered studio specializing in teaching the “Classic Pilates Method" through private lessons and group classes. Combining deep core strengthening with stretching, coordination, control, and balance Pilates works to reshape and re-educate the body; create long, lean muscles; strong, flexible joints; improve postural alignment; and establish intelligent, graceful movement patterns. We are located on the ground floor of the Belvedere Towers in the heart of the Golden Triangle Neighborhood. This space is new to us as of 2014 and is beautiful. It is filled with natural light due to its many windows and boasts a private room for Pilates Mat and Yoga classes as well as separate men's and women's locker/shower rooms. Products We are a fully equipped studio and offer private lessons and several styles of group classes, including Vinyasa Yoga. We also have Continuing Education Workshops for Pilates Professionals, as well as mentoring and learning opportunities for of all levels of mind/body movement practitioners.
