Our mission is to create an empowering community that fosters healing, restoration, & rejuvenation for the mind, body, & soul. We have recruited a talented and highly-trained team of therapists, support staff, and independent yoga teachers that is committed to providing our members with a welcoming and fulfilling experience so that each person who comes through our doors can develop a clear path for achieving their desired goals. We are proud to offer the most affordable and welcoming yoga facility in the Salt Lake and surrounding areas with drop-in class rates at just $10 per class, 5-class passes for $45, with additional discounts for first responders (fire, police, EMT). Regular classes at FCYT are always free to veterans. We offer individual, group, family and couples therapy/counseling and can usually get new clients in within 1 week for an initial consultation.
