About Non-Profit Thrift Store Story The Wise Penny Thrift Shoppe is a nonprofit retail store run by volunteers. We are the largest thrift store in Buffalo, MN and have served the Buffalo community for over 30 years. We sell quality new and gently used items that are donated to us. All net proceeds are donated to local Lutheran educational organizations: West Lutheran High School in Plymouth, MN; Christian Life Ministries in Little Canada, MN; and Lutheran Institutional Ministerial Assn in the Twin Cities, MN. Mission Raise funds for local Lutheran educational organizations through the resale of donated goods Products Quality clothing, shoes, household items, furniture, jewelry, toys, games, books, movies, music, craft items, seasonal and home decor, greeting cards, sporting goods, and more!
