"I have been a therapist since 2012. I love helping people find their way back home into their bodies, and helping them feel safe, heard, and protected while giving an effective massage that delivers results! My style is rather fluid and relaxing, even when I do deep tissue. My philosophy is to keep your body in the relaxed state parasympathetic state so your muscles will naturally relax on their own which allows me to work out the adhesions and knots more effectively.
