When you close, bring the check to the office and get your commission same day. - Loan Advancement We can extend an advancement up to 10% of your expected commission on your deal in contract with a schedule closing date. There are no fees for advancements. We'll just deduct the advancement from your commission once your deal closes. Please note that all advancements are subject to our review and Advancement Policy. -Leads Distribution Leads are generated on a first come first serve basis. Agents will have a set time to response to the alert and reply to each lead. If a lead is not tended to within the allowed time frame, the lead will expires and then jump to the next agent in line. -Training.
