This program will increase your volleyball skill set and your athletic performance, by improving all of your abilities to help you reach the next level. The HOT Volleyball Performance Program is designed to allow female athletes in grades 4-12 an opportunity to: Learn all the fundamentals of volleyball, learn the proper methods of volleyball conditioning, and learn the values of effort, attitude, responsibility, working with others, self-discipline & motivation.
