"We are an independent family run business establish in the early 1990’s, with a combined experience level of over 50years. We pride ourselves in the quality, effort & care we put into our work. We try to do our best in everything we take in. It is also becoming more apparent of the drop in level of quality by some manufactures & designers! With this quality level drop it would seem some designers & manufacturers are not focusing on the after care of their products, which will mean customers need to be more careful in where it’s taken & what process is used for its cleaning/aftercare! We ask all our customers to advise us on any items of value or that may be delicate as we would not advise these items being put through any standard service."
