About An Exploration of Food and Beverage, hosted by Yoshi Homma from Marukai Hawaii マルカイハワイのYoshiによる食と文化の探求の旅 Story Aloha and welcome. I'm Yoshihiro Homma, a sake sommelier (Sake Service Institute, Japan), wine advisor (Japan Sommelier Association), and have worked 26 years with Suntory, one of the world’s finest alcoholic beverage companies. I have also managed Japanese and French fine dining restaurants in Hawaii, Paris, Sydney and Tokyo for 13 years. I now work for Marukai Corporation in Hawaii as Liquor Director, Import Purchasing Manager, stationed at the main store on Dillingham.
