About We are a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning business. We also offer oriental and area rug cleaning at our drop-off facility located in Derry, NH. Impressum Hi-Tech Cleaning was founded in 1985 by Tony Sarno. Tony has a degree in social work and contributes his people skills success to better understand his client’s needs and wants to solve problems.
