About Training to YOU Career Pathways is an organization specializing in computer training and IT training that prepares individuals for the professional certifications. Story TTY was founded in 2003, but its roots reach back to 1986 with the foundation of a corporate training company called Training à la Carte. TTY’s CEO and Founder (Tim Smith) was a Business Development Manager for Training à la Carte, and in 2003, purchased their assets and launched Training to YOU, Inc. Two years later, in 2005, TTY expanded its program offerings by becoming a Licensed Private Postsecondary school (TTY Career College) serving individuals seeking education focused on career advancement. TTY Career College is currently owned by TTY, LLC (an Arizona Limited Liability Company). TTY Career College has established itself as a leader in Project Management and Information Technology training in the Phoenix marketplace. TTY Career College is currently an authorized testing center for Certiport and Pearson VUE.
