About HeadsUp Guidance and Wellness Centers of Nevada are to fulfill the legacy of Governor Mike and First Lady Carolyn O'Callaghan Story HeadsUp is an Individual, Family and Couple Counseling Center committed to serving those committed to helping themselves.Our mufti-disciplinary team of experienced therapists and clinician assist individuals, couples, children and families in the following areas: Anxiety and Stress Depression and Mood Disorders Behavioral Problem Anger Management Phobias and Addictions Behavioral Problems Improving Self Esteem and Confidence Parenting and Supportive Relationships ADD and ADHD.
