About Ashtanga Yoga classes taught in the tradition of KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Story Morning Mysore classes 6-10am Monday-Friday, and Sunday 9-11am. Led Primary Series on Saturday 9-10:30am. Intro to Ashtanga on Saturdays from 11-12:15pm. "Ashtanga Smorgasbord" on Sunday 4-5:45pm with Satsang to follow 6-7pm. All levels are welcome to learn and practice in a safe and supportive environment in the Mysore classes. The guided classes are appropriate for those who have some vinyasa yoga experience. Feel free to drop in. Beginners and those wanting to refine their understanding of the basic tenets of the Ashtanga method are welcome to drop in to the Introductory class.
