About A New Orleans Osteria from Award-Winning Chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman. Story Chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman steer the ship at Josephine Estelle. Based in Memphis, where they've helmed the restaurants Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen and Hog & Hominy along with neighborhood butcher shop Porcellino’s Craft Butcher, this is the first venture to bring their award-winning culinary sensibility southward.
