About The Big Rip is a 4bbl production brewery featuring a cozy public taproom. Great BBQ is available inside from our Hawg Jaw BBQ Kiosk! We have 13 beers on-tap, house-made root beer, 3 house-crafted cocktails, liquor, and soda Story The Big Rip was founded by two friends who caught the beer and wine making bug years ago and decided to throw in together to start this brewery. We don’t have goals of taking over the world or creating beer that only appeals to a select few. Instead, we want to create unique beers that appeal to both beer-nerds and people new to craft beer. The Big Rip uses a 4bbl brew house to craft each beer. We don't serve food during the week but offer various lighter food options Friday and Saturday at dinnertime. You are welcome to order pizza or bring your own food in. Mission The Big Rip will support our local community through the creation of quality, unique craft beers which are made using the best ingredients.
