Story B&C/Ten Air HVAC Electrical Contractors is a merge of two companies with over 60 years combined experience. This merge has diversified our knowledge and experience in the HVAC and electrical industry. We are growing at a comfortable pace, which allows us to adjust our management, office, and field personnel requirements to meet our customer's needs and to expand in these areas, as new business arrives. B&C/Ten Air HVAC and Electrical Contractors is an electrical and mechanical service and installation contractor. B&C/TEN AIR HVAC AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS PROVIDES 24-HOUR SERVICE: Total emergency service and repair work 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. Normal company hours are 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS Scheduled Inspection Agreements, Full Maintenance Agreements, and/or personnel in your complex 24 hours a day, or as required, to meet your specific needs. MECHANICAL DIVISION SERVICE AND INSTALLATION OF MECHANICAL SYSTEMS Constant air volume, Variable air volume, fan powered boxes, roof top units, computer room equipment, hydronic, split-direct expansion, chillers, steam & hot water boilers, pumps, control air, variable volume-variable temperature, make-up air systems, process piping and refrigeration equipment. Environmental chambers, including ovens, low temp cascade units, clean room systems and computer room air conditioning. ELECTRICAL DIVISION ENERGY MANAGEMENT Service, design, and installation of all types of control systems - electric, electronic, pneumatic, electric to pneumatic, pneumatic to electric integrated, direct digital control, microprocessor programmers and modifications to existing systems. RETROFIT AND RENOVATION Updating or replacing older equipment and systems, ideas for new additions, or renovation and/or modification of existing areas.
