Story Hudson & Charles is a sustainable whole animal butcher shop located in the West Village. Our animals are locally raised on family owned farms. All of our beef is 100% grass-fed and our pig and lamb are pasture raised. Our animals are never treated with antibiotics or hormones. We believe in supporting sustainable agricultural practices and local businesses. We will offer prepared foods, custom cutting, house made pates and terrines, sausages, sandwiches, craft beers and ciders.
