About Apartment Building & Maintenance Supply Company FREE DELIVERY!!! Story Welcome to Weber General Hardware! We offer a wide variety of services and products. Our services include window repair, keys cut, custom radiator covers, and FREE DELIVERIES for all customers and any shipments! Weber General Hardware was founded in 1917 by Joseph Weber. At that time, ready-mixed paints had just been introduced and Benjamin Moore became our number one supplier. In 1951, Joseph's son Sandford took the helm and guided Webers into the general hardware business. Even with all of the local competition, Sanford ran the business successfully for the next 35 years. At that time his number one employee Sal Alessandra along with his wife Patty incorporated the business in 1985, bringing the company into an apartment and building supply house.
