"We believe most wines are better with food, and most foods are better with wine. A perfect pairing is an experience everyone should enjoy....often. Our unique approach to food and wine means we are "wine first". We first curate the wine list which includes more than 50 wines by the glass and half glass, and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The executive chef, Julian Silvera, is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients and has a strong focus on sustainability. The Tasting House has two venues, the Wine Bistro, a casually elegant dining experience open from 5PM-10PM and a Champagne Bar which serves Champagne, wine and tapas in an informal setting & outdoor patio open Noon to 10."
