About De Novo Services Story De Novo--It means a fresh start, from the beginning. It is what we do. We work with patients who seek our assistance to get a fresh start. We help our patients reclaim a normal life as they define "normal." We offer individual and group counseling for all addictions. Where we believe it would be helpful we offer medication assisted treatment, such as Campral or ReVia/Naltrexone for alcohol dependence, Wellbutrin or Chantix for nicotine dependence and Suboxone/buprenorphine or methadone for opioid (narcotic) dependence.
