About Elements Restaurant provides an intimate dining experience, with global influences & techniques, using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. Story Willem's On Main is a neighborhood restaurant in the heart of historic downtown Vancouver, Washington. We are dedicated to local sourcing, seasonal ingredients, and a rustic approach to Northwest cooking. Chef Paul Klitsie, a native of the Netherlands, brought his European influence to Portland's Pearl District in 1998 with his flagship restaurant Fratelli, and now he is thrilled be able to share his cuisine with our friends in Vancouver!
