If there was a lower number I would give it instead , because he does not deserve a one. Had boat cover the first time for a year and when I got it back the zippers were 2 inches short. I took it back ask him to do it correctly and fix the zipper. Had the cover 8 months and said "come get it, its all done". 8 months later it was exactly the same as before. No new zipper and still 2 inches short. Spare yourself the agony do not go to this shop.
