Edwards Medical Plaza

Very frustrating. They double booked me twice, I've had to reschedule the earlier appointment. Not to mention because they double booked me I've had to wait over 30 minutes, when I was about to walk out they called me back and had me wait another 30 minutes! Inconsiderate front desk staff who make stupid excuses for their mistakes. But the Doctors are nice.

I love Edwards building and the doctors there they're very professional and I don't have to wait long for my appointments they get me in right away I would recommend the doctor's office and anywhere in the Edwards building very nice

Suite 605 Receptionist need to take a customer service class. These ppl are rude, right down to the man at the door taking Temps. U give a man a thermometer and he thinks he's a king. Ugh.

Leaving 1 star because there is no possible way to comment without adding 1. I am having my first baby and have been coming here to be seen. This is by far the worst expirience ive ever had ! I have no personal doctor. By that being said i see a new doctor about everytime i go to the clinic. They have no idea who i am or what my case is. They arent rude but dont take the time to talk to you or even get an idea of your back ground. I have no doctor to call if i have a question or anything because unless i remember 1 of the 50 doctors ive seen, theyre not allowed to let me speak to anyone. I DO NOT RECOMEMND THIS TO ANY EXPECTING WOMEN. THIS PLACE IS SO FRUSTRATING THEY SHOULD REALLY CHANGE HOW THIS PLACE IS RAN.

Easy going in & out for appts.

They won't answer their God dam phone, I've called 8 times, and every single time it just keeps on ringing
