The service and atmosphere are fantastic. I was not offered any add-on services even though there was a menu in the room. We were just kind of left to figure out what to do/what we were allowed to do after, however. There were refreshments, books to read, steam room/sauna…who knows what else, that weren’t offered or explained. If those things are improved, it would be impeccable.
Would like to share my personal experience here. First I tried to book a package $170 but the receptionist convinced me to go for a separate facial since this facial doesn’t have proper extraction and won’t get enough massage. And also the nail specialist wasn’t available. I wasn’t keen on manicure or body massage so I took summer glow facial which was $125. When I went for the appointment I chose intense hydrating facial which was $150. Since I had a dry skin I got convinced for that. But it looked like I had a basic facial not an intense hydrating facial. No exfoliation was done. And no facial massage was given. End of the facial I asked Riyana… why like that. She was telling me she applied this and that but didn’t give me a convincing answer. Just to apply some products on my face i can do at home. Why would we go for a service place? So that we get enough facial massage and exfoliation done. I was planning to book more service then changed my mind. I live in New Jersey and I used to go for hand and stone in New Jersey. They give me a far far better service than this place. I thought this spa is inside Hilton so service would be more better. I thought I would let it slide. But decided to convey my concern.
This was overpriced for the experience. My massage therapist did a pretty good job, but it was not worth what it cost. It was not relaxing for several reasons, even though thats the type of massage I requested. Linens were a bit worn out, walls need to be repainted, they had koolaid or bottled water instead of the typical fruit infused water, there was dawn dish soap in the soap dispensers, and energetic jazz was playing instead of the typical relaxing spa music music.
They got us right in and let us have 2 appointments together even though there's only 1 tech working.
Amazing place to relieve stress, take a beauty day or just to help relax.
Was on holidays in Vegas and used a groupon for this spa. Booked a massage & facial. Their facilities were fantastic- relaxing quiet room with chaises, big fluffy robes, immaculately clean locker room, steam room, rain showers and more. My massage was excellent, and although I've had better facials I would definitely return to plan to spend an entire day there making use of the facilities. Would be ideal for groups!
A m a z I n g!!!!!! Christina was phenomenal. Best massage I've had in a long long time!!! Plus, all of the amenities!! Wow!! So nice to be able to take a shower and take the massage to a next level. You all know how to do it!!!!
A little expensive but great massage. Very nice and clean facilities. Well trained staff. I will have a massage next year when I stay here again.
The spa is very costly Affair for people other than Americans ...the steam bath is chargeable $15 day which is uncommon in four star hotel ..... the spa is not customer friendly .. unless you ask the details are not given.. customer must be given advance notice about the availability of Steam bath in their menu to get ourself organized..
Felt great after. I needed that message.
