I've been with Eicon Dental for a year! Ivette and the team has helped me recognize my dental problem and improve my gum health. Special shout out to Ivette, she really helps me overcome my PTSD with dental cleaning that I had for years! Thank you so much, Ivette! I also love how the staff care and respect client's special needs. I highly recommend Eicon Dental to everyone!

These guys told me I was at risk for periodontal disease and recommended a srp; There was 3 or 4 teeth that had recession but I can't remember the numbers. They said my srp might not be approved by the insurance company because there's no bone loss, she very clearly said there's minor recession and almost didn't record it. Srp's are usually not covered by insurance. They told me they haven't heard back and it's been almost a month, I called back just to schedule a regular teeth cleaning. They refused me service saying I have periodontal disease and their proof is that I signed a paperwork approving the recommended srp treatment. I found out that usually srps are not needed unless there's recession and bone loss. I am young, I don't smoke, drink, floss regularly, water pike every day, and I use fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash. I'm transferring to a different dentist that my friend works at where I can TRUST the practice not to be holding me hostage for a simple teeth cleaning. Also, it gave me attitude for not being pushed around. Edit: went to a different clinic and I got/was recommended a debridement, and only had 2 cavities instead of 5. In and out in a hour.

These people are AMAZING. Dr. Tam is fantastic! I have been going to Eicon for over a year and they are always professional, kind, knowledgable, and get the job done!

Original post 5 years ago: I never write reviews, but I had to jump on because of how wonderful this place is. Everyone was sooo friendly and kind. The office looks AMAZING to boot! The dentist explained everything that was going to happen before even starting, to put my mind at ease. I am terrified of shots and was really nervous. After explaining this to the dentist, he reassured me that I would barely fee anything and he was right. Wonderful place. I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE. Thank you Eicon Dental for the amazing customer service. Totally blown away! <3 Update 5 years later: Still a patient with Eicon Dental and they are still just as amazing. Rosie is so kind and thorough, Mark is so sweet too, with such a caring smile. Ivette is hands down the best hygienist I have ever come across and Allen is just fantastic, he is very gentle and has an amazing calming energy. Still blown away each visit and so thankful I found such a wonderful dentistry. I still HIGHLY recommend!

They really truly care about their patients. They focus on your comfort, and coming up with the best dental care plan for your needs. Great communication as well. Highly recommended Tempe dentist by ASU.

Very happy with my experience at Eicon. Friendly staff especially Rosie at reception and will work with you. Had an issue with my insurance and Rosie took great care of me. Definitely recommend if you’re new to town.

This dental office has a friendly feel and everyone is respectful. Ivette is a skilled dental hygienist and makes me feel like I am getting a spa treatment when she cleans my teeth. The dental assistant Brandon cracks jokes with Dr. Prokopets and I am always at ease. I am inherently skeptical of dentists but here they always show me the x-rays and even high tech cameras to show me the tooth decay they suggest treating. Stephanie is helpful over the phone setting up appointments and is great if I need to reschedule. Once you schedule, they send automatic text and email reminders which make it easy to remember the appointment.

Every employee Ive encountered here is very friendly and nice they all make my visits to the dentist pleasant ones. They are gentle on your teeth in all examinations and ask you if you have any discomfort in areas before they begin. Ivette is one of the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She always makes going to the dentist fun and does an incredible job making my teeth sparkly and clean again : 10/10!!

This is a great office! I recently had a toothache and they were able to see me on very short notice, had a great new patient special and had me be back to 100% quickly. Then I came in for a teeth cleaning and I have never had such a thorough and enjoyable experience. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. So glad I found them.

Great service with friendly and personable staff who genuinely care!! I’ve been going here for over 8 years and have no complaints. They are easy to schedule with or reschedule and very accommodating. Provide excellent communication about your current dental health and recommended care.
