Stood in line over 12 minutes just to place my order, took additional 18 minutes to get my order and all I ordered was one bacon and cheddar sandwich. The garbage is overflowing on the outside of the overall appearance of this location is terrible I tried to address the manager Marina and all I got was pushback as a change in the garbage out front was too much she stated it’s not their responsibility the doors are terrible the glass inside the location is dirty same with the inside of the cooler it’s filthy they take no pride in cleanliness customer service was the worst. This place really needs a step up on how they present their business and how they treat their customers and take responsibility with the issues that they lack.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I begin. First off their manager •MARY• is absolutely the one responsible for her nasty rude employees. She follows no short behind her employees she allows their behavior BIG time! This company only makes money simply for good coffee and bagels the people they choose to work in their locations especially THIS LOCATION are trash. They’ll put NO cream cheese on your sandwich, their mess up your coffee any way possible if you let em. Especially when it’s super early in the morning the more early the more likely they are to mess your entire order up. Ensteins bagels is not what it claims to be. It’s definitely not classy anymore and I spend 17$ a day there. I’m done I’ll find a new spot don’t want their food and I don’t wanna give my money to this company any longer. Beware of MARY
This location is consistently awful. Used to love Einstein’s but probably won’t be back. Last time I ordered online and stood around for almost 40 minutes only to find out they had given my order away to the wrong person. Coffee was so bad I threw it away, something was very wrong with it. Today I stood in line for 15 minutes and walked out. Prices have gone way up. Went to Starbucks instead. This place needs to get it together.
Came here for the first time with my friend and the man taking our order was extremely rude and seemed miserable. He never made any eye contact and gave us nothing but attitude the entire time. He got my friends order wrong and it ruined the whole experience for both of us and I’m still debating on wether or not I should come back after that. The other man working with him was very nice and respectful but that guys attitude was repulsive and he needs to be checked or find another job outside of customer service. They also looked understaffed. Management can do better.
Love my E Bagels. I love the French Toast, Chocolate chip, Hash brown Cheese bagels I also love the Texas Brisket sandwich I can only go on the weekends because I'm busy working, but I love
Was in here for 40 minutes and missed an appt I had to get to. There was about 8 people behind the counter yet it took forever to get my food and There was 3 people in front of me. Once I did get my bagel the toasted bagel was cold. So disappointed as it was 11am There was no reason for such an unpleasant experience.
They have two different prices inside the store and I was charged the higher one. Meat tasted cheap like it came out of packet in a grocery store, next to the lunchables and bagel was average. It left me desiring New York Bagels and Bakery. Facts!!!
Came in to audit this location and their service today. I've lived in the area of this location for over 12+ years now in Henderson and have previously ate at this Einstein bagels intermittently throughout the years, and safe to say its never had a good reputation so I had high hopes for today. I entered this location about 1PM just 1 hour until their 2PM closing and they are cleaning like crazy to be done with their day on time, this is normal and fine. Sometimes in the past this seemed to have impacted the speed of service even with 1-2 customers waiting on simple orders observed like "A bagel with cream cheese" and nothing else. I entered as a simple order as well a hungry patron looking to get only a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee to go real fast for a quick bite. The cashier I worked with was young and seemed new to this location maybe, however, he accurately entered my order for the bagel only. When asking for a regular coffee he confirmed that they did not have any hot coffee so I asked can we do an Iced one instead? He said yes. Not sure if it was on purpose or if it was a mistake but he rung me up in addition to my bagel a Large Iced Latte for $4.89 which came in a cup smaller then most other large iced coffees would at competitors so I received less value and overcharged for something I did not buy. As he was making this selection I told him I only want an iced coffee so he confirmed with his coworker the transaction and the charge seen on his register and she told him "its fine just use that" in a hurry as she was making my "Black iced coffee" that I actually told them clearly multiple times I wanted with cream and sugar. I carried on and paid the order as is even though the receipt was inaccurate and overcharged. At the counter I took a photo of the receipt and the coffee I received then added cream / sugar from their self service options. The creamer labeled "half and half" had a dirty nozzle unmaintained with dried up old creamer on it. I left in disgust and did not argue with anyone in the store as I knew it would likely not go anywhere as this location has not shown signs of improvement. As I was leaving I called the store and asked the person that answered the phone if there was a corporate hotline or form for filing a complaint. She let me know how "not really but you can go to our website and there should be an email at the bottom you can send to" I have to add though she was very polite sounding and professional. Later in the call after speaking with her learned she was the Manager named "Mary" who offered to assist me further on my next visit and that this inconvenience was cause by the registers at their location having a lack of an Iced Coffee button to charge customers with and the employee should have just added it as a hot coffee. I will hold off on coming back here for a while to try again in the future.
I ordered a sandwich with two eggs. I got one with no eggs. I got there 20 minutes before closing. My guess is they were trying to leave early and tried to pull a fast one
I ordered a toasted lox plate. Half way through, I noticed it wasn’t toasted. I asked for just a toasted bagel to move the lox and tomatoes on the new toasted bagel, but to my surprise, Mariana made me a new order, no questions asked. It was delicious. Thank you , Mariana., and the whole team.
