Eisenhower Auto Service

I've been taking my car here ever since I first purchased it a few years ago. I bought a used car from a few states away and had it shipped here, so when it arrived, the first thing I did was have it inspected to make sure that it was in decent shape. I perhaps foolishly told Cho that the auto transporter had mentioned that there might be a fluid leak, which a dishonest mechanic could easily have turned into a big bill. As it turned out, the auto transporter was mistaken, and the only services that Cho recommended were to flush the transmission fluid and do an oil change. He also advised that the brake pads were nearing their end, but that they didn't immediately need to be replaced, and left it entirely up to me to decide what to do. I figured I would go ahead and take care of the brakes while the shop had my car. They also took care of the safety and emissions inspections, and I had no problems registering my car right afterward. I've gone back each year to do the annual inspection here, and knock on wood my car hasn't had any mechanical issues, so I've only been doing oil changes. I never get any grief for only doing a single oil change annually I drive less than 2K miles a year, never ever got upsold, and they'll even do the inspection and oil change while I'm waiting if I call them ahead of time and schedule. I'm very grateful to have found an honest shop that uses zero pressure tactics, and will keep taking my car here as long as I'm in the area!Services: Auto brake replacement

Top notch mechanic! We have been going here for 8 years. They do a great job and they stay very close to each quote. They have also gone out of they way to help my wife when she has battery or tire issues while I've been on business travel. I would recommend them to everyone in the area. Having a reliable mechanic is awesome!

Cho and Carlos are amazing! I've been taking my cars to them for more than 20 years. Their attention to detail and their pride in their craft is obvious!! I'm particularly impressed with their ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly and accurately the first time.

We call the owner Mr. Charming because that's what he is not. Ever unhappy, his helper is as sour as his boss and rude to the customers. Their work is mostly ok though they had me replace a 99.9% fine serpentine belt and failed diagnosing an electrical problem but still charging me $120.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Got a nail in tire fixed properly. But the workers actually did not know ?? you gotta balance the wheel once the tire is removed. They made me ask for that, they were unwilling and charged extra money for it. Also it took them unusually long time as if doing it for the first time. Very disconcerting. If you go there, make sure you know what you need and keep your eye on them.
