Abe El Manssouri Gives out Exit Tickets for No Reason and in the last 2 minutes when it is not on the agenda that day. He Also gives detentions for no reason and doesn't let you throw your garbage away until the bell rings.

Mr El Manssouri is a hippmicrip he says no eating and then eats in class. He finally stopped handing out Demarits and merits all he dose now is hand out detentions followed by kids crying.
