ATTIC – Remove/Replace Insulation July 26, 2022 Update: They came back to work on it after a month. ---- Eko Smart Solutions gave me a great scope of work, nice e mails and verbal promises, I went with them because of that instead of the guys who did my basement. However, after Eko charged my credit card, they didn't come back to finish Air Seal around all plumbing, electrical, HVAC chases, and Install 16-inch plywood dam around attic hatch opening to keep new blown-in insulation in place. BE VERY CAREFUL if you decide to hire them, read the scope of work and ask them to complete the work. Otherwise go with different companies, there are so many who will finish the actual job.
Completely satisfied with the attic insulation project done for my home. Very professional team who knew what they were doing. Daryl was thorough and addressed all my concerns during the inspection and provided a quote no one else could could match even close. Tanja was very responsive and kept me updated with scheduling and implementation. Would highly recommend them.

Had Daryl come out on Monday at 9am to put together a quote for soundproofing a party wall. He was here on time and pretty friendly, but I will say he was slightly off putting when he kept referencing how soundproofing is a luxury etc etc, making one feel as if they should almost reconsider their lavish life style. I just don't want to hear my neighbors at one in the morning. That being said, that is not why I am here. I am here because after he left, he was never heard from again, no call, no email, nothing. Why waist ones own time to not even offer the quote you came out to give, makes no sense to me.
