Mission

We want to offer you an authentic Peruvian culinary experience through food, art, ambiance and cocktails. We plan on doing that by providing dishes and cocktails with authentic ingredients. What sets us apart from other restaurant is not only our authentic Peruvian cuisine. All of our ingredients are fresh or alive, and we cook everything at the moment. As ambassadors of Peru, we strive to create a mutual appreciation of cultures by sharing our flavors. In doing so we plan to open more restaurant in other cities, and maybe in other countries.
