El Greco Apartments

I lived here for 2 years when I first moved to Denver & couldn't have been happier. Indira, the woman who runs the place, is extremely accommodating & really has her act together. I moved out & left several holes in the wall from various wall art and still got all of my security deposit back. Our 2-bedroom apartment was completely remodeled, had an amazing Layout, and was HUGE. We brand new kitchen appliances, brand new carpet, and two decks overlooking the Denver skyline and the mountains. The pool room is gorgeous and there's never anybody in there. Great place to play strip ping-pong at night.

Lived here a year, it was clean, quiet and well maintained. The parking is easy better than most other parts around area due to the park and retirement home being across the street. Indira building manager was very quick to solve any issues you had and was very nice. Pool and game area is always open no one ever uses it. Generally just a nice place to live.

Don't ever move here! My apartment flooded numerous times and they refused to pay for my damaged belongings. The management is awful. They make up charges when you move out to steal your deposit.

I lived here for 3.5 years and it was a wonderful experience! Great location right off Speer, close to Broadway and Wash Park, good street parking, affordable rent, and responsive and welcoming management. Truly feels like home!
