El Pollo Loco

I ordered two chicken bowls one with double chicken two chicken avocado tacos the whole order was wrong and it's always one older gentleman that works at the front counter that forgets items in your bag I've had to go back to this place many times. I see other customers always telling the older gentleman they are missing items. Check your bags and check your food to make sure everything is in the bags and made correctly when he is working. This is the last time I order from this location . There is no avocado on these messy chicken avocado tacos.

I've been eating at El Pollo Loco for years. I usually get the $5 bowl. The combo the El polo bowl combo. The guy on the drive through speaker said it was $7 and something. It's always been $5 and something. I said wow It went up. He said well, I guess I said it's $2 more. He said whatever that would be. I'm not sure I don't make the prices. Sir. I only take the orders. So he was a smart a** which I didn't appreciate And they also cut back on the chicken. It's mostly beans in rice now. Used to have chunks of chicken in it. Now it's just a little bit of shredded chicken . So it's not worth the money.. So I won't be back because of that Just so the owner might know. You took my order at 2:30 today. He was a real smart a** And the sign said $5.69. He said we haven't gone out there to change it yet. Well then, they shouldn't charge $7. That's false advertisement.

This place is Rocking with Smiles & Service! I had problems here in the beginning of 2023. Came back to try it out again! WOW LOVE IT If you have been here in a while, I suggest you come back and try it again!! Tried the Wet Carnitas Burrito Delicious

My visit was amazing!!! I'm from South Carolina but they made me feel right at home!! The food was awesome as well as the service!! The Manager Kevin was very helpful in helping me decide on what to eat, as I had never been here before. He also went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!! Looking forward to my next visit!!

I ordered the Classic Taco salad. It was so delicious and the reason was the ingredients were perfectly prepositionsed. The BEST I’ve ever had. Thank you RitaFood: 5/5

We went to 2-3 stores and there was no chicken breast at any of the ones we went to till we got here. They got our order wrong we were the only ones in the dinning area but ppl in drive threw They asked us first how many chic breast we wanted but when we got our order they were extremely dry and an edible! $30 was a lot for dry food. El Pollo Loco is not what it used to be! Will probably never return to this restaurant.

This Pollo Loco just got a lifetime client!.. My man KEVIN, gives 100 percent to detail and is a great employee. They need to hire more guys like him. Food came out perfect and also offered me a bottle of water. I’ll be returning not cuz the great food but because of the amazing Service!Food: 5/5

Came in to this Pollo Loco on Diamond Blvd. and asked Kevin for some chile serranos and he, very kindly game me some. He was courteous and attentive. Establishment is very clean and fast service provided. Way to go Kevin and his staff. great job!!! Parking: Great location overall.

First time at this location and very satisfied. Had chicken tortilla soup and a 2 piece white meat. Delicious healthy meal. Hit the spot. Can’t go wrong. I’d recommend this location. Family friendly and great service. Drive through available. All you can drink. I would definitely come back when in this area . Chicken

What is this? How disappointing and disrespectful. Things are getting more expensive with less food. This is a BRC burrito purchased tonight! I ordered two and both were miniature in size. Then I opened it up to only see five beans total! I have been getting these a long time and at times I can’t even finish mine but that was not the case tonight. I’m very upset.
