While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's commitment to fresh, authentic food has not. Food was so horrible it was all old hard and dry. Chicken was dry you can tell it was from the day before because all the chicken out was being refried in the grill. No fresh chicken cooking . Worst part they turned off the soda machine as I was putting ice.Food: 1/5
It's not the same it was a couple fo years ago. You almost never get napkins or are offered any condiments or the green sauce that goes well with their food anymore. You're never offered the combo when you order the bowls, I forgot to ask for the drink, they don't offer you options anymore. I don't come here much anymore because of that, probably won't come back to this location. I'd rather drive 30mins for Pollo Loco from a decent restaurant in Henderson than go to this location that's actually walking distance.
Good, fresh food and good service. The wait was a bit longer than other locations that I have visited and they were not overly busy. I find that a little interesting but overall a good experience. I LOVE the chicken at El Pollo Loco

I got the new OVERLOADED birria quesadilla and it was sooo empty we spend 30$ for tortilla. Don’t get it make ur own it’s salty as well either way which is weird since it barely has anything inside.Food: 1/5

I visit El Pollo Loco multiple times every month, my favorite dish was the chicken nachos combo, which included chips and a drink for $5.49. Now they have a shredded chicken nachos for $8.99, $3.50 more with NO drink or chips. The chicken isn't as good as before, they've added more beans so that the chips become soft and soggy quickly. My order use to included an order of churros all for under $9.
Love this place. Fast food that does not taste like fast food. If you have not tried their chicken before, give this place a try.Food: 5/5
