El Potro Mexican Grill

I had walked by this place before and noticed that it was always busy. I figured I would try it. The staff is extremely friendly and there are tons of options on the menu. Our orders were prepared promptly and accurately, and the food was very good. I would definitely return again because of how good everything was here. Parking: Lots of parking.

Came here due to the hotel I was staying at being across the street. The vibe is amazing. This restaurant bar is very large and there’s tons of TV to watch sports. I ordered the super nacho which was delicious and hot. I also ordered a lime margarita which was delicious. Lastly, I ordered the fried ice cream which was also really good. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. The food is very good and it’s a really nice environment.

I'm so impressed with this place. The best Mexican food I have had in a very long time. Everything tasted fresh and presentation was beautiful...with my takeout order! They made sure I had everything I needed to take back to my hotel. A nice Mexican restaurant. I loved stake tacos, and empanadas were good as well. They serve huge margaritas, strong as well! The place is spacious and the service polite and attentive.

Have been visiting this place for over 3 years now and the food is always delicious, portions are generous, and drinks are strong. Some of the best Mexican food in the area without a doubt. Edit: I’m vegetarian and it’s usually difficult to find good vegetarian Mexican food, but El Potro has several vegetarian options! Edit again: went there one more time this weekend and it was simply amazing. Wish I could give 10 stars. Mango margarita with crushed ice - AMAZING

I hosted my departments company holiday party here just last night and it was great! William, the manager was able to accommodate last minute changes and our waitress was amazing. I can't remember her name, but she had blondish hair, she was a little on the shorter side and wore glasses. She was so friendly and super communicative. Thank you El Potro staff and especially William and our server for making last night so great!

Food was hot and fresh but not the best I’ve ever had as far as flavors. Service was good.

El Potro was amazing ! Had a delicious margarita to start out with along with homemade queso and salsa with chips. Very very good. Had the combo dishes with chicken , beans and rice all very tasty. The waitress was very nice and fun to talk with a long with the manager who took time to talk with us. The restaurant itself is beautiful with all original homemade tables and chairs. Also had a very upbeat happy vibe. We highly recommend! Great job El Potro well done !
