Nice place and good music but it does get pricey, that's probably a good thing because it only attracts a mature crowd. Would've given more stars but when the band came on, they turned up the sound and it was entirely too loud. It really sucks that you have to yell at the person next to you just to try and have a conversation. We left earlier then usual just because it was so loud and hurting our ears. I made some napkin ear plugs, that's how loud it is in there. Would like to go back but we probably won't because of the volume.

Great place to dance, great music, plenty of parking Plenty of room to sit and nice size dance floor, nice big bar, great bands and tejano music.Highly recommend. Close to downtown.Service: 5/5

Great place for some drinks and old school Tejano Music!

Went for a concert and had a great time. Only bad things are, they need more bartender and not letting people stand on the dancefloor in front of the stage. The dance floor isn't that big since they moved things around, even with the seating right in front of the stage. Parking: They park you by the size of your vehicle. Parking lot is all grass. Trucks are parked along the fence.

I was there this past weekend, celebrating my bday and had a blast. Lucky Joe was fabulous. I recommend El Social to everyone, especially if you like Tejano music like meService: 2/5

Waitresses can be rude. Several were rude when we asked for service to our table,as we had seen other tables being served,werw told we could Go to the bar. Love that they continue to have Tejano groups come out

If you down with Mess-can chicks in tight stretch jeans and a fat belly you have to look no further. I enjoy the company of a loose cantina girl and give two thumbs up with the atmosphere. The beer is cold and the people friendly.. Only thing is they could do better with the entertainment, The DJ is lame so anything would be an upgrade there.. Too much mouth and poor play selection... other than that I will be back.

We went to go see the South Texas Homies. These guy are really good. The location was great too. So many beautiful woman here as well. Smoking outside on the patio by the taco truck.
