El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant

When I'm in Portland I stop here always and have never been let down. Chips and salsa are fresh and tasty. The staff are the best and the food seems to get better every time. Don't judge this little restaurant by its looks just get inside and enjoy the delicious food.

Very nice family run Mexican restaurant. You will find a very clean environment with plenty of space for all guests. Cadillac margarita was delicious and our food was quite tasty. My partner and I split the combination appetizer and it was HUGE! The service was amazing, absolutely perfect.

Excellent food & service!! Shady area. I informed the server there was a hypodermic needle at the entrance & she said she would remove it but it was still there when we left......watch your step!!

I LOVE this place! Classic American-style sit-down Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff, great food and very affordable. Highly recommended.

I thought a lot about posting a review for this place. Mostly because the hostess and waitress were super nice, attentive and professional. Having said that. Their food was awful. I'm sad and sorry because I'm Tapatia. If you run a Mexican restaurant and can't cook a good rice just close shop or get a new chef.

Staff is always friendly. Food is always good Cadillac Margaritas are always on point.

Good food. Good portion size. Had the super burrito I believe.
