The freshly made corn tortillas are amazing! No matter what you select, it all good. Love the sauce bar! The sirloin is very good!
Taco Tote's is my favorite place to eat! All they're dishes are delicious but I absolutely love the carne asada tacos! All they're food is fresh and if you dine in everything's made right in front of you! The plates are big they don't skimp out on anything. The employees are really nice they treat you so good.‍‍ The restaurant is big and kept clean! If you've never ate here at Taco Tote you must give it a try I guarantee you will not be disappointed and it'll become your favorite place to eat! Parking: There's lots of parking space either in the front or the back of the restaurant. There's big shady trees to park under! You'll love Taco Tote!
Simply put, it’s great! There’s no other words for it. I use to eat here every time I took a trip to El Paso. When I saw there was location in Albuquerque, I lit up like a Christmas tree! Even better, it’s down the street from the University of New Mexico! I’ve tried a lot of Mexican restaurants in the State of New Mexico. This one one gives me that flavor I’ve grown fond of from my favorite California Mexican restaurants! If this place is not in your normal fast food/restaurant rotation, you’re missing out! My meal: - Carne Asáda Skillet - Horchata drink
Very good tacos and a plethora of sauces. I would eat here everyday. The jalapeño cream sauce is delicious! If you're in the area you should give it a shot.Food: 5/5
Really good authentic Mexican food. Variety of salsa to choose from. We enjoyed the bistek and brocheta meat. Good spot to stop in or take out for the family.
First trip out to eat in Albuquerque. Excellent tacos, refried beans and salsas! Quiet, pleasant and clean. 100% will go back!Food: 5/5
The place has plenty of sitting, great customer service, usually no wait to order. Food is ready in no time and they take it to your table. Wide range of drinks, and the salsa bar. Food is great. I have only notice that the avocado salsa is now more watery no longer creamer for chips.
Customer Service was below average. I asked if the water on the front counter was free and received a blank stare. We ordered a taco combo plate Al Pastor and received a mound of warm pork and warm pineapple pieces on top of four or five tortillas. The flavor was disappointing. The meat and the pineapple were just chopped and reheated together. Also the meat contained a couple of huge fatty inedible pieces. The a la carte chicken taco was like eating a boiled, shredded piece of flavorless chicken, very disappointing. The baked potato with sirloin was ok. Again the meat was decently tender but without much flavor. I also agree with other reviews that the smell of the establishment was not pleasant. All the windows were very dirty. The look and taste of the salsas at the salsa bar was what made me give a 2 star rating. Otherwise this was a 1 star review.
Very disappointing- I ordered chicken tacos and received dry chicken on a tortilla with nothing else.
Foods good but tacos are dry and salsa is to hot also the tres leches cake is super saltyFood: 4/5
