Great product. Great fence. Awful customer service. I needed a repair on my fence and had to call 6 times in order for someone to finally contact me regarding repairs still waiting on the call back. Elcar seems to love the big projects that pay out nicely but not so much for the little things for current customers.

1966 Elcar intalled our chain link fence in Boulder almost 50 years with no problems. Recently was torn out and replaced with a wooden one by someone else, sure it wont last long.

Horrendous experience. Utility lines were cut when a fence post was installed. No acknowledgement of responsibility despite photos of cut linesand failure to respond to requests to replace the post despite promising to do so. No response to numerous phone calls and attempts to resolve this amicably.

My uncle had me help him with his fence in Denver. We shopped around at some of the other places but we went with Elcar. The folks there were nice and the job got done. Its a nice looking fence.
