Yesterday was my first appointment for electrolysis. I had my initial consultation and 15 minutes of ear work. Tricia was very welcoming and professional. As expected, there was a little discomfort, but no real pain. I am very satisfied with the results of my visit. I have booked another 1/2 hour appointment and have no concerns - I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve gotten electrolysis before this, but other businesses pale in comparison to this one! In the past, the pain from the procedure was too much to bear. Here, Tricia does a great job of tailoring your treatment and helping you manage your pain. Plus, staff is very clearly transgender-affirming so you don’t need to worry about discrimination or being treated poorly, which is typically a source of anxiety for me. Overall it’s been a great experience so far and I’m so glad I’ve found a place with such knowledgeable and kind staff, and I can finally get all of my unwanted hair removed! It’s life-changing.
