Bob and his team have provided the best customer service, they respond to every question, security concern, and they appreciate your business big or small and referrals like no other business I've been in contact with...EVER! When Bob and his techs arrived at my house to install my house alarm, they were on time, polite, professional and hardworking. One of the guys even removed a hornets nest on my roof while he was installing some hardware. I highly recommend Electronic Security Group...go with the best and get the job done right the first time.
Just upgraded my camera security system in the apartment building I manage and the results are great. We added more cameras and upgraded to a mega pixel system. The clarity and coverage is great. I am able to utilize the recording and activity to find problems in the building before they get out of hand and then utilize the results in court as necessary. It is such a time saver over the old system of rewinding and forwarding. ESG has been my go to company for my security needs and I have to say they have never disappointed in the materials and service they provide.

We had a video surveillance system, intercom system and security system installed in our building by Electronic Security Group. Bob and his team are very professional, neat and clean. They did an incredible job installing the system even dealing gracefully with issues that arose when installing wiring around unseen impediments in the walls. They thoroughly explained how to use the system, answered all of our questions and we had many, and made sure everyone was happy with our new security system. They went out of their way to help us - even after the installation. Electronic Security Company is a knowledgeable, top-notch security company. The system they designed covers all of our safety and security needs and leaves room for expansion and updates well into the future. We recently had ESG install a security, video surveillance and access control system at one of our housing complexes. The technicians were very neat and courteous. They did a great job training our employees on how to use the new system and even came back to train an employee that was out on vacation! The service was wonderful, the technicians were wonderful and the system is wonderful! We will definitely be using ESG on other complexes that we manage and would highly recommend them.
We had a break in at our home in February 2014. While tempting to have just anyone install an alarm within days of this horrible experience, we decided to take our time and do our research. After evaluating several companies, we chose ESG. From the first phone call, to our meeting with Bob to the installation, our experience was exceptional. We highly recommend ESG!
