Elegance Nail Salon

If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. I work in the area, so this isn't my usual salon, however my nail chipped and broke a little bit and I didn't want it to get worse, so I stopped here on my lunch break to have it fixed. They were so rude right from the beginning, I walked in and the lady at the front acted like I had interrupted something by coming into the salon. When I told her what I wanted, she looked at me like what I requested was something totally off brand for a nail salon. I then had to look at the gel colors to try and match it with what I currently had on my nails. After I found the color I stood there for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. When they finally started repairing my nail, the woman doing it went to CLIP my entire nail off, I stopped her just in time and asked that she just file it to make it an even length. When paying, she said my total and just stuck her hand out for the money. I gave her my card and she said "$10 minimum" luckily I had just enough cash to cover the cost, but this meant no tip. Usually I would feel awful about that, but honestly I was fine with due to how unwelcoming and rude they were to me. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Awful, the first operator walked off without a word. I asked others why. They said she had an appointment...My thinking is she spoke English; it would have been polite to say SOMETHING. The 2nd operator was rough with my toenails. She did not stop when I said she was hurting me at which point she realized she'd nicked me and reached for anesthetic! Ugh

Bad Customer service skills! I don't even want to rate them a 1. The lady cut me 3 times as she was doing my pedicure. She tried to hide it. She was very rough trying to speed up the process. Didn't even get a massage only got lotion rubbed on my legs. When she did my manicure, she asked me if I wanted a massage on my arms and hands. ??? I told her yes, and all she did was put lotion on it. I could have done it myself. Horrible. Horrible.

Very fast and friendly service. Also cheaper than any other nail place around but the quality is great!!

It's clean. Their really nice. Always packed your better off making an appointment.
