I’ve been going here for the past 7 years. Maritza is the only person I let touch my hair. She’s amazing!! every single time. She’s so sweet, I recommend going to her!

I've been going to Maritza for 6 years. She encouraged me to rid of relaxers and now my hair is 100% natural, healthy and long! Everyone is very friendly and they do the best wash, condition and Dominican blow dries or rollers. I have no complaints.

Complete excellence all of the hair stylists are so warm and caring about there clients. Especially mine her name is Agatha absolute professional and great sense of humor. I have to go pay her a visit it's been long over due.

The most unprofessional place I have ever been to!!! The woman doing my hair was busy talking to her co-workers or talking on the phone. She was barely looking at what she was doing, and pulling my hair left and right. When I requested her to be gentle, she goes, "YOU ARE OVER-SENSITIVE". Overheated the flat iron, so she could finish the job sooner.. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!

I am a consitent customer for over 8 plus years. The stylist work hard to please. My stylist is Maritza. She is the top colorist. Prices are reasonable. I dont trust my hair at any other salon. They are the best Teresa, Fella, Edy and Maritza.

I got here on time and the hairdresser had not arrived. I sat in a chair by the window for 20 minutes and nobody could tell me when she was coming in. Inconsiderate staff. So I left and won't ever go back there again.

Go see Maritza! I've been going to Elegance for 10 years. My hair Always looks beautiful. Very Nice staff, very patient with natural hair.

I go here on a regular and have never been upset with the results . It is a overall different salon but if you are going for a simple wash,Blowout,Flat Iron its your place to be !

Went as my friend made an appointment for me to do waxing, yet when I went in the lady laughed, didn’t understand me at first, and then told me that they’re not gonna do waxing today. Rude and extremely unprofessional.
