I had a wonderful experience first of all let me just say I’m on adventure I’m looking for a new apartments downtown Charlotte. And I have the opportunity to meet Jordan The manager and Alexis your assistant manager I also your maintenance team Albert and Alain . You may ask why do I mention names because that’s very important to me when I’m looking for housing. When I met with Jordan and his team I realize that this was going to be a great opportunity for me and my daughter. Everyone was very friendly all smile I know that this would be the place for me they made me feel like I was family not just a person looking for a place to live.. You have a beautiful property . I read your most recent reviews it is so far from the truth the other I guess these people Where not having a good day And don’t know quality and great customer service.
I have had a very pleasant stay at Bell uptown so far! I moved in back in September and have had no complaints. Jourdan was my leasing manager who set me up for success with an apartment that has great view of the city. He has been quick to respond to any questions I have had and has dropped everything to help if needed. If You’re looking to move here I recommend giving Jordan a call!
The staff at Bell make it a great place to live in downtown Charlotte. Jourdan, Lexi, Jordan and the rest of the leasing staff had a lot to take care of when the building changed management. Before Bell took over, many things were in disrepair and neglected, while the transition was difficult, Lexi was extremely helpful in listening to resident feedback and making change. Now that Bell has had time to play catch up in building maintenance, things are better than ever. Albert and Alain are a dependable and efficient building maintenance team and are quick to fix and address issues. I am happy I stayed through the transition and thank Bell for making things right.
I am a resident had really bad experience. I received garage power wash notice email only 1 day in advance, but I was out of town at that time, not able to move my car. When I came back after 2 weeks, I found my car was towed 9 days ago without noticing me. They said they had sent power wash email three weeks in advance, but it turns out they missed me in the email chain. They did not even mention if residents don’t move their cars, it would be towed on the power wash day. It took me over $600 to get my car back. If they work carefully and did not miss me in the notice email chain three weeks ago, I would have time to move my car and would not lose so much money. They do not even admit they did anything wrong. Never recommend this apartment to my friends anymore.
love it here ! doors are locked for safety. the noise level is minimum unless there is a baseball or football game going on but that can be exciting if your apartment is facing that way. The staff are very helpful and maintenance is prompt. My experience with Jordan and MyKia in the leasing office has always been pleasant. Albert and Alain are the nicest maintenance men and are very quick. Would definitely recommend.
Just look at the most recent reviews by this place. And this one is for a different reason. I saw a price online and contacted the apartment because it was a substantial price for a one bedroom in Charlotte, but average for a studio. So I confirmed that it was for a one bedroom and not a studio, the price that is. They confirmed via email "yes, that is the price for a one bedroom, we do not have any studios available." What do you think happens when I get there after taking off of work to visit? "That was wrong, sorry. But if you look here you can see our outrageously priced one-bedrooms and pay for one of them, we'll even throw you a few off for your time." They told me I was talking to a bot, not a real person via email. False advertising at its finest. Gonna go out on a limb and guess they buy good reviews based on what I've seen.
I have to write my experience because I'm very pleasantly surprised. I've had some repairs done in my apartment, the new team we have is amazing. Albert and Alain are very fast, work very accurately, take every opportunity very seriously. Very good customer service!
Ever since it became “Bell Uptown” it’s gone downhill. They got rid of the concierge team, they got rid of community events, package delivery is not organized, sometimes the pool is clean sometimes is not. Picture was taken on 4th of July holiday
It was great until Bell took over. The third-party concierge service that they hired is awful. They sign packages for you without your permission and don't alert you that the packages have arrived. And, when you go down to retrieve the package they are often "unable to find the package". I had prescription medication that was delivered to me on 10/28 that they were "unable to find" until I asked for the 9th time on 11/7. They had it sitting at their desk for over a week, but for some reason when I went down MULTIPLE TIMES between 10/28 - 11/7 they "could not find my package" The SAME THING HAPPENED when my fiance had my ENGAGEMENT RING delivered to the apartment. They signed for him without his permission and did not alert him that the package had arrived. My Fiance tracked the shipping, and when he say it was delivered DAYS AGO he went down to retrieve the package and they "couldn't find it." Imagine the stress! He demanded they look more for the package, and they miraculously found it after that. One time my fiance entered the building after a walk and the concierge blocked him from entering the elevator and asked him "Who are you here for?" My fiance had to explain to the front desk worker that he LIVES HERE. Completely unacceptable. Don't move here unless they change their third-party concierge company.
Very satisfied with the service provided and it is always great interacting with Albert and Alain. They take care of every maintenance issues perfectly and are working on various upgrades in community since few months. Thanks Albert and Alain for giving one more reason to feel us proud of choosing this community for our stay.
