The staff is great, the massages are awesome but this place is scam. NEVER become a member. They will take your money and when you try to collect on what you pay for, they have excuses for why you still owe more money for the massage.
Jeannette was absolutely amazing! It was my first time doing cupping and she made is really enjoyable. My body feels rejuvenated! Definitely coming back
Much needed deep tissue massage from Ashley Trimble. In my past experiences, I usually feel like the female massage therapist is at there limit of strength and pressure to accommodate me, and it would often saddened and dissappoint me, but this deep pressure therapist took me to my limit and got 3 years of tension I had built up in my back and neck due to back surgery, and a neck fusion surgery a year apart. She finished up my hour with no problem. As a deep pressure patient, I was impressed. So, I had to do a review. If you need more pressure, then the average person and prefer a female therapist, she's the one. FYI I don't personally know her, and I wasn't asked to do this.
Beautiful rooms. Nice, quiet, and serine. My massage was very relaxing. Deep and very soothing. It is a great place to visit frequently.
i wish i could put 0 stars. i’m a long term customer and extremely disappointed. it smells like cat piss and cigarettes and Taylor, who i believe is the manager does nothing about it! way to run a place. DO NOT COME HERE! WARNING!
I am a relatively new member of element massage and loved my massage therapist but I am very disappointed at the cancellation policy. I woke up with a severe stomachache and couldn’t make it to the appointment and they asked to charge a fee. The ultimate goal for a massage is to feel better, and it is so frustrating that they don’t understand that it is not a person’s fault to not feel well enough to make to the appointment. There are great massage places out there like Massage Envy where they have a completely understanding cancelation policy. Element massage’s policy is absolutely unacceptable.
Amazing experience. Paul was one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with he truly is a master of his craft. He will not only listen to your issues but also address them with stretches and his massage techniques. TRULY AMAZING! The front desk was also so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!!
Their customer service is the worst. I joined the wellness program and can't seem to find anyone in the company to cancel it. I've contacted the store and corporate. I also contacted the BBB and they won't respond to them either. So far I've been charged 3 times for massages I'll never be able to use. I'd give negative stars if I could. They cancelled nothing. Still taking automatic deductions in November. That's 4 payments now. And nothing has been refunded to me. Unbelievable. December and you still haven't canceled anything. Absolutely horrible business practice.
UPDATE: Despite the Owner's claim to have a manger contact me, I have received no contact. I suspect this is all for show to make it appear on their bad Google Reviews that they follow up with customers. I'm still extremely disappointed that this business decided to charge me $45 after I had to cancel my appointment due to being sick with Covid. Would they rather customers come in while sick? I had to cancel my appointment due to a positive Covid test I received the night prior. I attempted to call the evening before. The morning of my appointment, I spoke with Elements who explained that I would be charged their $45 cancellation fee due to it not being within 24 hrs. I understand the purpose of cancellation fees, but I expressed my disappointment as this was due to Covid and I fully had planned to become a regular customer and sign up for their membership. I said I would probably not choose to return as a customer and the receptionist wasn’t sympathetic. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
