Sarah’s deep tissue was the best I had ever had. She listened and fulfilled my requests. It was an hour well spent and I can’t wait to go back. The atmosphere at Elements is just what I needed as well. I have 2 little kids and the area was so calm and quiet. These are 2 things my house is not. Thank you Elements Henderson!

I've only been here once, but have had several massages in my life. I was really surprised that no one asked me if I preferred a male or female masseuse. I was given a male, which I had never had before and I was very uncomfortable. He didn't do anything wrong, but the whole time I was worried he would. I would have appreciated being asked about my preference - as the other places Ive been have asked. Also, the massage itself wasn't great.
