Elements Massage

I have had a membership here for over a year. I can say with confidence that this location of Elements is exceptional. From the moment you walk in you immediately feel the calm & peaceful atmosphere. Every area at this location from waiting area to hallways, restrooms and massage rooms are incredibly clean. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful as well as professional. I feel like I can ask any question and they go above and beyond to make me feel heard. They are not pushy or overbearing like most front desk staff I have encountered. It’s not about “making a sale” it’s all about giving the customer the right information to make their own decision. This is a wheelchair accessible location. The massage table can be lowered for an easier transfer from chair to table. Which that alone is amazing!! Now I have had the pleasure of receiving a massage from 5 of the therapists. Robert, is a gentleman and professional. He makes you feel comfortable, answers any questions or concerns . He always checks in to make sure the pressure is comfortable. Haley, is wonderful with such an empathetic posture. She deeply cares about her work and it truly shows during your session. She listens and respects the needs of her clients. I hated foot massages until my very first session with Haley. Samantha, is incredibly compassionate. She took time to really explain the benefits of different add ons available such as Hot stones, cupping & CBD oils. I immediately felt safe when I got on her table. My massage didn’t feel rushed and I left feeling better than I arrived. Bryant, is professional with a genuinely kind soul. He truly cares about each client. He answered all my 100x questions never making me feel bad for asking. He gave me helpful tips for in between appointments to help my posture as well a stretching techniques. Selena, is kind as well as professional. She took time to really hear my concerns and gave good recommendations. If truly deep tissue massage is what you are seeking she is your person!! She checked in on me to make sure the pressure was ok. She took her time on my really tough spots. She is very respectful of your time and makes sure to hit the areas you requested. I would go back and have another session with any one of these amazing humans. I highly recommend any one of them. Now depends on their experience level there can be an additional charge added to the massage fee, but trust me they are all worth it I highly recommend this Elements Massage!!! 10/10!! A+

Robert did a great job with my massage. Felt better instantly! Came in with pain in my right should and neck, he was able to fix it after just one session. Front staff is really nice as well! Recommend this place 100%.

Let me first say the massage from Robert was good. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Now for the not so good part. I booked over the phone and was asked for a credit card. At that moment I agreed and said I have a Spa Finder gift card will I be able to pay with that instead of my credit card? The response was yes that my credit card was just to hold the appointment. After the appointment I went to pay and was told :we don't accept that card" I responded that I asked this before booking. The gentlemen responded "this location does not accept that maybe the Chandler Village one does". That put a damper on everything. I wish whoever booked for me was actively listening or had better knowledge. Their error should not have caused me extra expenses as this was a massage paid for by my children for Mothers Day. Make sure you confirm acceptable payment methods in person as I feel this was intentional.

This team is fantastic: they are always well staffed, are very welcoming and greeting when I arrive for my appointment, my appointment is always starting and ending on time, the building is clean and quiet and relaxing. They keep a file of the settings I prefer and it feels very personalized. Could not recommend them more. This business really nails it.

I got a massage at Elements yesterday and Indigo was great. She did a full body massage with medium intensity, and she was very professional and care for my needs. I am a soccer player and the massage really helped all those areas that needed therapy.

If you have any serious issues or deep knots then I highly suggest you ask for Jerry! I hurt my lower back in the gym on a Monday and was in pain with anything that I did. Walking, sitting, laying down, etc. I was able to get in Wednesday evening and Jerry worked miracles. Instantly 70 - 80% better which allowed me to stretch and ultimately get rid of my issue. Will definitely be going back!

We have been enjoying the service until recently. We had a couple’s massage scheduled for that afternoon, but something my wife ate earlier that day severely upset her stomach. I called the office to let them know and see what we could do. A very pleasant young man answered and after I explained everything he said not to worry, and he would reschedule us for the following weekend. I was delighted with their understanding, but that did not last long. The first problem came the following week when our rescheduled appointment came up. We discovered that whoever we talked to only canceled our appointment and did not reschedule us. That was a bummer, but the appointment was rescheduled for the following week, so we thought we were good then. The second issue came up after we completed our rescheduled messages, and the person checking us out said our account was short one credit. This was when we discovered they had charged our account one credit for the first missed appointment. When I voiced my frustration that this was never mentioned to us, the two employees were sympathetic but still landed on “sucks to be you” as the resolution. I try to judge a company not on if they make a mistake but on how they handle them when they come up and this left a lot to be desired.

This is a great location! The front desk staff are friendly and polite, the lobby is calm and comfortable and Haley is an amazing therapist. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I love coming here and seeing Andrea! I've been coming to this location for a little over a year now. Andrea is very professional at her work and takes pride in it. She always checking and making sure the pressure is right. I look forward to seeing her every month.

Buyer beware! I was a member for several months and after having to close my account with a few sessions unused it became impossible for me to redeem my last two massage credits after moving to a different city that had a location I could transfer my credits to. Before canceling I confirmed with the Chandler location I could in fact transfer my credits to any Elements Massage specifically the one I was moving closer to. They gave me the run around for two months claiming that the Chandler location had to send clearance to the Miami location to redeem the credits but when I talked with the Miami location they said the Chandler location still hadn’t cleared it and it was just back and forth with the Chandler location not transferring the credits until the credits expired. They then extended the expiration date due to the absurd amount of time it was taking to do a simple transfer and finally at one point the Miami location told me definitively that the Chandler location successfully transferred the credits and I could call to book. However, when I called to book they claimed that the Phoenix location still had a hold on the credits, seemingly taking them back after transferring them. I have never struggled this hard to simply redeem a service I had already paid for after being so incredibly patient with them through my numerous conversations over the phone and in person with the staff at both locations. I have a feeling they were never going to let me redeem my paid for sessions in the first place due to all the running around they made me do and the insane amount of “miscommunication” between branches. It’s such a shame since I thoroughly enjoyed my massages at the Chandler location and the masseuses were amazing, but I will never get their services again and recommend especially staying away from the subscription at all costs.
